The Sooke Dress: A Regency Dress of the Middling Sort c. 1800.
The Sooke Dress is currently owned by the Sooke Regional Museum, Vancouver Island, British Columbia and is an afternoon or walking dress. Although the dress is stylish it is made of an English two color cotton print with somwhat rough texture. The pattern provides options to make the dress as the original is constructed or in an easier way.
