The original cap this one is based off of was recovered from the HMS Invincible that sank in 1758. Our reproduction is made of medium sheep’s grey mule spun wool (mule spinning simulates hand spinning) with stripes light sheep’s grey and a tassel on top. This cap will fit a hat size of 20″. The cap itself is 10 3/4″ tall with a 2″ fold over sewn in to the top. This cap has not been fulled.
